Skylord Cruise & Holidays is the newest brand from Skylord Travel PLC, a trusted UK travel company established in 1983 by Rajan and Kartik Sehgal. With over 40 years in the industry, our legacy combines decades of flight expertise with tailor-made, one-of-a-kind cruise and holiday packages.

Are you ATOL and ABTA protected?

Absolutely. Your bookings are fully protected under ATOL (3550) and ABTA bonding (F7090). We are also affiliated with multiple major consortia, so you can book with total confidence.

Are you part of a bigger travel company?

Yes. Skylord Cruise & Holidays is part of Skylord Travel PLC, an established and respected name in the UK travel industry. We've been trading for over four decades and have helped hundreds of thousands of customers travel across the globe.

Can I book online?

Not at the moment. Our packages are so unique and bespoke that they require a personal touch. To ensure you get the best possible experience and advice, we prefer to speak with you directly.

How can I book with you?

What types of holidays do you offer?

We specialise in premium bespoke cruise packages, tailor-made multi centre holidays, and exclusive bucket-list experiences. Whether you want a cultural European cruise, a family-friendly adventure, or an expedition to the Arctic, we can craft it for you.

Do you sell cruise-only or package holidays too?

We offer both cruise-only options and full packages, which can include flights, hotels, transfers, and bespoke tours, perfectly tailored to your needs. You can book one of our own bespoke packages or one of the cruise lines pre-made packages.

Are your packages financially protected?

Yes, all package holidays sold by us are protected under ATOL and ABTA guidelines, ensuring your financial and travel security from start to finish.

Can you tailor a cruise or a holiday just for me?

Yes! Our team specialises in designing bespoke itineraries. Whether it’s combining a cruise with a luxury rail journey, overland adventure, or city break, we can create something truly special.

Why are your prices often better than online rates?

Thanks to our long-standing industry relationships and decades of supplier partnerships, we can often access exclusive fares and special deals not available to the general public.

Do you offer group or family cruises?

We do. Whether it’s a multi-generational trip, wedding at sea, or a corporate event, we can coordinate the perfect cruise for your group.

Can I arrange a cruise for a honeymoon or anniversary?

Of course. We create unforgettable romantic escapes and can tailor-make cruise packages with extras like spa treatments, romantic dinners, and private shore excursions.

Which cruise lines do you work with?

We work with most of the ocean cruise lines from Budget through to Ultra Luxury

Can I get help with pre- or post-cruise stays?

Absolutely. We can add hotel stays, local tours, rail journeys, and flights to enhance your cruise itinerary before or after your sailing.

Are your offers only available to UK customers?

While we are based in the UK, we can assist international travellers as well. Get in touch, and we’ll explore what’s possible.

Can I request a specific cabin or suite on a cruise?

Yes, we can reserve specific cabins or suites for you, whether you’re after a balcony, a high-deck view, or a luxurious suite with butler service.

Do you offer accessible cruises for guests with mobility needs?

Yes. Many of our cruise line partners offer accessible cabins, priority boarding, and adapted shore excursions. Let us know your requirements and we’ll make all necessary arrangements.

Do you charge booking or admin fees?

We do not charge hidden fees. Any applicable service charges will be clearly outlined during your consultation. Transparency is a key part of how we do business.

Can I pay in instalments?l

Yes, depending on the cruise line and package, we can often set up flexible payment plans with a low deposit and instalments leading up to your departure.

Will I have a dedicated travel consultant?

Yes, every client is assigned a knowledgeable and experienced travel advisor who will assist from the first call until your return home.

Can I use a travel voucher or credit from a previous trip?

If you have travel credit issued by Skylord or one of our cruise line partners, we can usually apply it toward your new booking. Contact us to confirm.

How far in advance should I book?

Cruise deals, especially for peak seasons or exclusive sailings, can sell out quickly. We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for the best availability and rates.

Do you offer last-minute cruises?

Yes. We often have access to last-minute availability at reduced prices—perfect for spontaneous travellers. Call us for the latest offers.

Do you offer expedition or adventure cruises?

Yes. We work with specialist cruise lines that visit destinations like Antarctica, the Galápagos, and Arctic Norway. If you’re looking for off-the-beaten-path adventures, we’ve got you covered.

Do you have physical shops I can visit?

Yes, you can visit us at any of our retail branches located in Rickmansworth (Head Office), Manchester, Leeds, and Birmingham.

What happens if my cruise gets cancelled or rescheduled?

In the event of cancellation or schedule change, we’ll handle all the logistics for you and help rebook or refund your trip in accordance with the cruise line's policies and your financial protection through ATOL/ABTA.

Do you offer any loyalty or referral discounts?
