Celebrity Solstice launched the Solstice fleet of 5 ships as the first of the Fleet entering service in November 2008. The US at the time was the lawn club on the top deck with a glass blowing studio and a real grass for outdoor activities afloat with a difference. This 122,000 tonne ship accommodates 2852 passengers over 14 passenger decks and features 3 swimming pools (one indoor in a solarium) and 12 restaurants.

This 122,000 tonne ship accommodates 2852 passengers over 14 passenger decks and features 3 swimming pools (one indoor in a solarium) and 12 restaurants.She underwent a refresh in 2016 and is due to undergo a major refurbishment in March 2026 ready for the summer 2026 season cruising in Alaska. The Lawn Club will be replaced with a sunbathing area featuring Cabanas, Hot Tubs and a larger bar and will be renamed Sunset Park. The ship will gain a new Steakhouse called the Fine Cut replacing Silk Harvest Qsine and a new Italian restaurant called Trattoria Rossa to replace Tuscan Grille. In addition, all guest staterooms with have refreshed and updated décor and there will be new evening entertainment spaces too.The Persian Garden Spa is a wonderful relaxation area with heated tiled loungers and an Aqua pool, grab a bite to eat in the Oceanview Café and enjoy fine dining in the impressive Grand Epernay main restaurant with its two storey high glass wine cellar wall. Perhaps treat yourself to French cuisine at Muranos or go for Sushi on Five. Have a flutter in Fortunes Casino, watch a show in the Theatre or dance the night away in the new night club venue.
